Description
Wall patch and repaint for moving out and handover to the rental agency. Please note that this job will need to GUARANTEE for getting back our bond.
1. Small hole/dint in the ceiling to be patched, sand and repaint in matching colour
2. Small paint chips on the wall to be patched, sand and repaint in matching colour
3. A section of a wall to be repainted to match the wall colour (the guy who previously did this has messed up the paint job)
4. Please clean up before you go. The cleaner has already attended to the property and done all cleaning. If any mess left has caused a cleaning issue that holds our bond, you will be responsible to come back and clean it yourself
