Two small (hand sized) surface rips in the dry wall on the ground floor where a picture frame was removed. Looking to seal and repaint the spots. Lack the tools do it myself.
This should be covered under critical work (as it involves us moving house) under the new lockdown. Will just need a receipt to provide to the landlord.
