Hi, my parents are preparing for inspections need some painting touch ups in their small apartment (living/dining/hallway/kitchen), some problems areas need sanding and repainting to blend, other areas minor.
Some issues with previous painter unable to complete work (medical issues), so looking for skilled and experienced painter with a good eye for areas that will make biggest impact. Paint supplied. Need to have done by Thursday, as we have cleaners coming in Friday.
