Looking for a carpenter or someone with experience with fixing plaster to fix(patch and sand etc) and repaint a few places in the ceiling and walls. There are about 6 small spots(a few are from nails and few are cuts around electrical outlets(from when the electrician was putting them in). Also need the area in the ceiling between the timber beams finish off professionally. Previous carpenter has sanded it but I’m not sure if it’s smooth and ready for paint. You will need to check it out and fix it up to look good.

Once that is done I would like the person to clean and seal 10 internal timber beams and 5 external timber beams. The beams are merbau timber. Beams require light sanding, then use a wood cleaner to clean them before sealing. These are new timber installed about 3mths ago however they got dirty due to other carpentry works. I would like them cleaned so you see the natural color of the wood. See pics for details. I will provide the cleaner and sealant. You to provide brushes/rollers/tape that you normally use. Only needs one coat of sealant. It’s very important to have clean straight lines at the top of the timber where the ceiling plaster ends and timber begins.

These tasks are not urgent so I’m able to wait till the lock down/restrictions are lifted.
